Blue Cruise - UNFRAMED LITHOGRAPH
- Story
We were cruising past the entrance to Gardner Canal which leads to The Kitlope River and Kitlope Lake. This is one of my grandfather’s, Henry Vickers, favorite areas on the coast. The canal is a long cruise into the Kitlope and it is gorgeous. It was one of those summer days when the skies are so blue that it seems to dominate the scenery. I thought of the many whales we had observed over a few days of traveling and the great, mythical Thunderbird was nonexistent. No rain or thunder, just a beautiful Blue Cruise.
