Victoria, with its array of flowers and protected harbor, is one of the most beautiful cities I have ever seen. Upon reflection, many scenes flood my mind - fireworks on New Year’s Eve, the blessing of the fleet of fishing boats before they are put out to sea, the excitement of the Swiftsure Racesor, and the Victoria to Maui Race of open ocean sailboats.
An experience that I enjoyed most was standing there in the hush of the evening, the scent of a million flowers in the night air, and gazing at the reflections of the Inner Harbour.
