Please note that colors of artwork may vary slightly from what appears online. 

Our products can be shipped worldwide. Shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer and the gallery will provide a shipping and handling quote at the time you place your order. All items are shipped via UPS, Canada Post, or other local couriers. If you need your purchase in a hurry, please call the gallery to discuss express post shipping options. For all trackable orders, an email notification will be sent to you with the shipping and tracking information. All original artwork is insured under the gallery until you sign for your package. All original prints are shipped unframed in a 5" industrial shipping tube. To have your unframed prints shipped flat, please contact the gallery for more information on handling/shipping charges. The gallery will not ship framed original prints or paintings with glass since shipping providers will not insure fragile items such as this. Framed reproductions will be shipped at the buyers discretion as there is no coverage offered for fragile products.

International shipments are not charged Canadian taxes but they may incur duties and taxes upon import to your country. The gallery is not responsible for any additional charges or import fees and we are unable to determine these fees upon shipping your package. For more information we suggest contacting the Customs office in your country.

Please note that the Roy Henry Vickers Gallery does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products:

• consignment

The Roy Henry Vickers Gallery customer privacy policy covers the collection and use of personal information when you purchase our products and services or when you call our sales associates. We collect personal information when you purchase on our website, discuss purchasing on the telephone with an associate and when you are purchasing a limited edition print so we can produce documents for content insurance for your new print.

Roy Henry Vickers Gallery takes precautions - including administrative, technical and physical measures - to safeguard your personal information against loss, theft and misuse, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.
