Medium: Block Mount
Framed Size: 13" x 9"

When I lived on the West Coast of Vancouver Island, this mountain bid me numerous farewells and welcomes through my many comings and goings by land and air.

The woman in the moon represents my mother, Grace Isabelle Vickers, who lost her life to cancer on her birthday, May 12th, 1995.

Mom was like the mountain, solid in her faith in god and her love of family, friends and people.

Purple is the colour of healing, and my mother was a healer.

Block Mount: High-quality print mounted on a 3/8” MDF board where a protective UV lamination is applied. Features a subtle 1/8" black beveled edge and a pre-cut hanger slot for easy hanging.
