A few years ago I was out at Good Hope Cannery fishing with my brother, Ted Walkus. It was a clear day with a west wind blowing and we were trolling for Coho. There was so much wind that we didn't need the motors, as the wind moved us along at trolling speeds. We saw a humpback whale breaching up ahead and it breached numerous times getting closer. As it danced in the ocean, Ted caught it as it breached for the last time just off the stern of our boat. It was as if the whale was celebrating the joy of life!
